The food here was good, the staff was excellent, I loved the room with a king-size bed, the location was great, and the room was clean.

Pillows were nice, bed hard as a rock..back hurt bad next morning

We liked having beds in the rooms, the pool area was heated, and the location was great, very close to a shopping mall and restaurants.

The friendliness of the staff and the location was very convenient.

I had to change rooms due to the first room would never get warm. But upon changing rooms, the 2nd one was very comfortable and acceptable.

The hotel location was exceptionally nice and decent in the nearby area. The very amiable staff was much appreciated. The rooms of the property were updated and neat with King size bed and bath, for instance.

Friendly staff, inside restaurant and bar. Clean rooms. The king bed was so comfortable! When coming back we will stay here again!

Loud teenagers at the pool, running around the hallways after 11pm. I called the front desk and the lady working took care of it right away.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the interstate, Callaway Gardens, and a mall and restaurants. I liked the classic-style building and the brand-new, neat room with a comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and were able to solve any issues I had.

Sleeping near the pool area was a BIG mistake due to the noise. Trying to enter the lobby from pool area is no no due to poor drainage flooding walkway. None of the ice machine were working. Thing can get out of hand with motel 8 guests staying right behind Garden Inn.

The room I stayed in was freshly renovated and clean, equipped with air conditioning, a nice bathroom, and even had coffee available, plus it's conveniently located right next to Callaway Gardens.

The rooms were very dated and small The parking lot was a mess The side walks were dirty The exterior of the hotel in general was very dirty Smoking was allowed in the bar....although "no smoking sign" on the front door

We spent 9 nights at this hotel. The pool is deep, the beds large and comfy, and the hotel is well situated for the highway, mall, restaurants and the lake. Staff very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the bar plus the onsite ihop restaurant

We were poolside which was convenient but I would get an outward facing room on a saturday night if you value rest. The bar seems a local hotspot and it can get noisy at weekends. Rooms are good but a little tired.
